Public Use
Respect family material
Use public archive pages for family research, review, and contribution. Do not reuse material in a way that exposes living-person details, private notes, or family-only content.
Terms of Use
Janicewilliams.org is a family-history archive for reviewed public records, family lines, source notes, and private review workflows.
Public Use
Use public archive pages for family research, review, and contribution. Do not reuse material in a way that exposes living-person details, private notes, or family-only content.
Submissions
By submitting a correction, story, photo, document, or memory, you understand that it will be reviewed before publication. Submission does not guarantee public display, and reviewers may keep material family-only or request more context.
Permission
Provide source details, creator information, family context, and privacy concerns when you can. Do not submit private media, documents, or living-person details that you know should not be reviewed by the archive stewards.
Contributor Permission
Contributors keep ownership of original materials they submit. By submitting material, you give the archive permission to review it, ask follow-up questions, and decide whether it can be used safely. Approved material may be edited for clarity, formatting, privacy, or source context, and may be displayed publicly or family-only depending on review. Submission does not guarantee publication.
Accuracy
Public profiles and timeline events may summarize source-backed records. If you find an error or have better source context, send a correction through the contribution form.
Privacy
Do not use public archive pages to expose living-person dates, addresses, private notes, account access, or family-only material. Report anything that appears too private or inaccurate.
Access
Sign-in areas are intended for approved family access. Do not share account access or upload material that you know should not be reviewed by the archive stewards.
